How to Apply (3 Steps)

Step 1: Create an account in FACTS (or login)

All families must have a Greyfriars FACTS account.

  • If you are a current GCA (high school) family applying for a student who is new to the high school, please log in to your current FACTS account.
  • If you are new to Greyfriars, please create an account and password. If you had a FACTS account at a previous school, please create a Greyfriars FACTS account using a different email from that used at the previous school.

Step 2: Start the Application

Once you have logged in to an existing or new Greyfriars FACTS account with the username and password you created, click on "Create a New Student Application".

Please complete the Application forms listed in the left menu, beginning with the Student Information form. At the very bottom of each form, you should click "Save & Next" to go to the next form. If you are unable to finish right away, you can click "Save" at the bottom of the page so you do not lose anything entered. If you get logged out or need to come back later, simply log back in and edit the application.

  • In the menu next to forms that are missing required information, a Image result for yellow caution triangle symbol will appear.
  • In the menu next to forms that are completed (i.e. all required fields in that section are filled out), a Image result for green checkmark symbol will appear.

Please Note:

To finalize the application process, you will be asked to provide the following documents, either by uploading them as part of this online application, or by submitting them directly to the school:

  • Copy of Student's Most Recent Grades & Standardized Test Scores

Step 3: Pay Application Fee

Once you have completed the application, select "Review and Submit." You will be directed to pay the non-refundable application fee of $100 (after 1/31/24, the application fee will increase to $200 per student). Application fees are due at the time of submission and must be paid by credit card or debit card, which will incur a $2.95 fee.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
